The High School of Contemporary Arts endeavors to provide students with a curriculum rooted in 21st-century skill development, foundational knowledge, and appreciation for the arts. We aim to pay close attention to the whole child through social & emotional development, which is reinforced during our Advisory Classes. We encourage and support innovation and strategic thinking; We want every student to leave our school as an independent learner, confident in their abilities, and ready to engage the world around them. The Arts studios- brings together to study of the traditional arts (dance, theater, fine arts, and music) with contemporary arts (film, multimedia graphic design, and animation). Our students gain unique residencies both within and outside the school through our partnerships. Our students have the opportunity to participate in special programs, performances, exhibitions, mentorships, and internships.
